The One Window Service Units (OWSU) is a significant initiative in the field of online government services in Cambodia. In 2021, OWSU provided administrative services to more than 440,000 people across the country. This demonstrates the extensive reach and impact of OWSU in facilitating efficient and accessible government services for the citizens.
A key feature of OWSU is its payment system, which is designed to be user-friendly and versatile. It supports a wide range of payment methods, catering to the diverse financial preferences and needs of its users. These include local financial institutions such as ACLEDA, ABA Bank, Sathapana Bank, and WingBank, as well as international payment systems like Visa and MasterCard.
In addition to traditional banking methods, OWSU also embraces digital innovation by accepting payments through digital wallets like truemoney and U-PAY. It even supports Bakong, a digital currency launched by the National Bank of Cambodia. This wide array of payment options not only enhances user convenience but also signifies OWSU’s commitment to embracing digital transformation and future-proofing its services.
